Description

The serise extruders with appropriate diemould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic espical pvc powder into pipe,plate sheet,film and profile ,and also provide function of modifuing and pelleting .The extruders are derived by DC motor with a thrusters to steeples regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load,protection and stoppage alarming system .The screw’s core and the outside of barrel is cooled by ciculation of oil,it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.

Process Flow PVC Pipe Machine:
Material →Mixer →Forced Feeding →Conical double screw extruder →mould&calibrator →vacuum spay cooling tank →printer→haul-off →cutter →stacker.

Feature:

1) Main machine uses PVC twin screw, and notch feeder with powerful water
cover cooler, which has greatly improved transmitting capability and ensured
extruding.

2) Adopting double pipe extrusion method, it can greatly increase productivity.

3) Adopting high efficiency double-cavity vacuum calibrating technology and spray-paint cooler gullet, which improve the finished product passing rate, and meet the requirements of high speed manufacturing. Vacuum calibrating platform and cooler gullet are all made of stainless steel。

4) Adopting multi-caterpillar haul-off, through the central motor to run all the caterpillar to reach same height, and ensure roundness of pipes。

5) Adopting fully automatic control system with high precision, reliable operation,easy and convenient handling

6) Suitable pipe diameter: 20 – 630mm

It can be used as pad of bag/box, floor-pad, sport-pad and heat preservation layer of refrigeratory.Machine adopts explosion-proof motor, intelligent digital meter with safe and stable running, easy operation. Various EPE foam sheets can be produced continuously. And it can be produced foam pipe, stick and net through change relevant die and mould.
