Small movable lab conical twin screw extruder / PVC granule making machine

This PVC pelletizing line consists of small conical twin screw extruder and pelletizing die head.

The die discharging board is made from hgh-quality alloy steel.

The PVC plastic pelletizing line is mainly applicable in the pelletizing process of PVC powder or fillers.

Composition:

1- Conical twin screw extruder SJSZ20

2- Pelletizing die head

The pelletizing die head adopted two elasticity cutting blade, which can protect die dischargeing board and the pelletizing die head can be adjusted vertically.
The motor part of the pelletizing die head equiped with 0.18kw frequency control, rotated speed of cutting blade 50-300 (adjustable)

FEATURES:

1) The mandrel of screw is made of 40CrNiMoA chrome-molybdenum alloy tool steel, treated by nitriding, hardening and tempering, chromium plating and super-fine grinding, resistant to corrosion.

2) The combination of screw components is building block type, can be arranged according to the technology of material. Different shear force and mixing effect can be achieved for production of diverse materials;

3) Charging barrel adopts bimetallic material, hard alloy wear-resistant inner sleeve with replaceable lining and multi-section barrel assembly arranged according to different functions;

4) DW5210 Lab Twin Screw Extruder with high precision temperature sensors to monitor the melt temperature change;

5) PLC programmable LCD touch control panel, with all parameters are freely controlled and extruding process are dynamically displayed;
