Twin screw barrel also called twin screw cylinder , is widely used for twin screw extruder
Sunwin manufacture many types barrel for co-rotating twin screw extruder ranging from 15mm to 450mm, such as feeding barrel,closed barrel, open barrel, vent barrel,extended degassing barrel,combi barrel .
The barrel with flexible modular structure , so it is easily to replace or change .
In addition to ,the flexible modular structure is realized with screw barrel sections from the wide
range of different designs possible. Fast, intensive and uniform heating ofthe screw
barrel section is ensured by electrical heaters. The barrel sections are cooled with
water, by means of an internal bore system, with bores arranged close to the inside
barrel wall.
The twin screw barrel surface with different types treatment such as Heat Treatment , Nitriding treatment,Hard chrome plating treatment ,Nickel alloy plating treatment .
